This special rate is only available for spring/summer season advance bookings. The further out you book, the better the rate available. There are only a limited number of apartments available at this rate, so don't hesitate to make your reservation. This rate is not available for check in or check out on Christmas Day.

Conditions: Full payment must be made at time of booking. One night of payment is non-refundable Cancellations are required at least 7 days prior to arrival. If the stay is extended during occupation of the apartment, the rate charged will be the current advertised rate.
